With nearly 20 years’ experience operating a Spanish tapas restaurant in Cambridge (La Raza), Pinch was born out of a passion for Spanish produce and hospitality…
The name Pinch comes from the word pinchos (or pinxtos), traditional bar cuisine of local produce, usually served on bread and held together with toothpicks or skewers, from Northern Spain and particularly the Basque Country.
We serve a range of hot and cold pinchos cooked each day in our La Raza kitchens next door. Some dishes are served in the traditional way on bread with skewers (such as our Manchego and Serrano on bread and our spinach, piquillo pepper and feta tortilla) and others are served in small ramekins (such as our slow cooked Iberico pig cheeks in sherry)
Enjoy all our dishes and drinks as a takeout or
eat in with a glass of sherry or Spanish wine.
